Same Day Loveseat Delivery from The Brick Warehouse in Burnaby to Metrotown

A customer needed a delivery from The Brick Warehouse located on 3100 Production Way in Burnaby to his apartment near Metrotown. He had purchased a new 1 seater loveseat during The Brick sales but had no way of getting it to his place. It was Saturday morning and he needed it brought over as soon as possible. Some Brick locations do offer same day delivery if the item is in stock at their store however they charge a $100 flat fee. In his case same day delivery was out of the question because it was the weekend and the item was not in stock and needed to be picked up from The Brick warehouse. He called me around 10:00am on Saturday morning and we arranged the pick up for later that day around noon. I got to The Brick warehouse on Production Way at 12:30pm. He got there before me and made sure everything was ready to go for when I when arrived. I backed into loading bay 1 and we loaded the loveseat into my truck. And before taking off I re-confirmed his address 1 last time. I got to his apartment on Grange St. around 1:00pm. There was no easy parking location so I parked it on Grange and flipped my flashers on. We quickly unloaded the loveseat onto his dolly and he paid me $50. Overall the job went very smoothly. I was surprised how quick The Brick was today because usually The Brick on Production Way always takes at least 20-45 minutes to get the order together. And that is when there is no line-up either!
